What is the best way to get my African Gray (Congo) tamer?
I work with him daily and is a chat box. I think he has a good diet and very healthy. I'm just a lot of problems to be handled without Bitting much? And be afraid. Any advice would be helpful. Also the woman who had moved him from the living room toward the back porch and when I got him was a disaster. Am I doing something wrong ?????
So far, so good. Always reward the behavior you want and ignore behavior that is not. save their favorite treats of "face time". He has to hold hands very well or not for them. Know when to quit. Learn their habits and make sure it stops before him urinate. Remember that birds can take long time to learn and accept new things. Be patient, probably will be months if not years, before he returns.
